You are located in Mexico City, where a terrorist group has kidnapped no less than the president of the United States, with intent to gain control of several nuclear bases. To avoid this, you're there, assuming the role of Captain Scott Mitchell, ready to lead his army to avoid catastrophe.

Technology will be a great ally in Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, but beware, because not everything works in your favour, and you should use resources wisely. At first you'll see that the variety of weapons isn't very wide, but you'll gradually gain access to a larger arsenal. Graphically, you can see that Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is very accomplished, created with high definition textures and visual effects that are very filtered, to get you in the role of your character.
